By using or registering for Eazytel.com (Microtalk Europe Limited) Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions. This website is owned and operated by Microtalk Europe Limited, referred to as "we" or "our" in the following terms and disclaimers.
Terms and Conditions for Eazytel TOP-UP Service
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and acknowledge that we provide the Services to you on these terms. You must read and accept (or reject) these terms and conditions as a condition of using, or relying on, the Services. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Services. Continued use of the Services will be deemed as your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please note that you have no right to cancel the calling card under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
1. Rate Changes:
All our rates are updated regularly and are subject to change without notice.
2. Call Billing:
Calls are rounded up to the nearest one minute.
Fractions of a minute are rounded up to the next whole minute.
3. Inclusive Minutes:
Calls to 02 and 03 numbers cost UK standard landline rate and can be used as part of inclusive minutes. For Pay As You Go users, please download the Eazytel app or use the 0800 Toll-Free number.
4. User Responsibility:
Eazytel.com (Microtalk Europe Limited) is not responsible for and will not offer any refunds for any loss resulting from mistyping the recipient's phone number, choosing the incorrect operator, or entering incorrect information.
5. Non-Geographic Numbers:
The national call rate does not include non-geographic numbers (Mobile virtual network operator, Private numbers, Special Services, Satellite phones, and Premium Numbers).
6. Service Suspension:
We reserve the right to temporarily withhold service from any person suspected of fraudulent use, pending proof of legitimate use.
7. Credit/Debit Card Fraud:
Credit/debit card fraud is a criminal offense. We employ automated systems to confirm proper credit card authorization and track every transaction. Information related to fraudulent transactions may be provided to law enforcement officials as required by applicable law.
Offers
Eazytel.com (Microtalk Europe Limited) may send emails about our offers from time to time. To claim an offer, please send an email to our support team at eazytel@microtalk.co.uk or call 02036300300. Unclaimed offers will expire and can only be applied once per calendar month.
Email Preferences
Eazytel.com (Microtalk Europe Limited) may send emails about offers, discounts, offer reminders, website updates, feedback, or TOP-UP reminders. If you wish to opt-out of receiving such emails, please email our customer support team at eazytel@microtalk.co.uk to request the deletion of your account.
Eazytel TOP-UP Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for orders within 14 days of completion and are subject to a £5 administration fee. Refunds less than £5 will not be processed. If an account remains inactive (no top-up or call) for six months or more, we reserve the right to close the account and zero any remaining credit balance.
Please ensure you test our service before adding any credits. You are not entitled to a refund for any credit balance in your account for the following reasons:
- *Rate changes without notice.
- *Call billing practices.
- *Inclusive minutes usage.
- *Other terms as specified herein.
Eazytel refer & earn
The referral bonus of £5 will be credited to your Eazytel account after your referral completes their first payment.
Referral bonuses are non-transferable and can only be redeemed as an account credit
Eazytel reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions for Eazytel Instant Dial Service
Calls cost the 'per minute' service charge shown plus your phone company's access charge. As of July 1, 2015, Ofcom has regulated charges to dial-through access numbers, distinguishing between the 'Access Charge' (charged by your phone company) and 'Service Charge' (our charge).
Please check with your phone provider for details on access charges, as they may vary.
Terms and Conditions for Eazytel Bundles
This service requires you to dial a local landline number. All Microtalk Europe Limited call methods can be used within your Subscription, including Local Numbers, VoIP, mobile, and desktop applications (outgoing calls only).
Minutes are valid for one calendar year (365 days) from the date of top-up. Any unused minutes will expire after this period.
If a customer's account has a balance remaining, and they do not top-up with a minimum of £10 within the 365-day validity period, all previous balance will expire.
Minutes exceeding your Subscription allowance will be charged at our regular rates.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the previous rate unless you choose a different package or cancel before renewal.
Special services, Premium, and Non-Geographical numbers are not included.
